I don’t advise from a distance. I take responsibility for community-facing structures, communication, and continuity, so teams can focus on their core work.
In each of these projects, I was directly involved in shaping how the community functioned day to day – and how it held together as it grew.
I keep my engagements limited and work with a small number of projects at a time.
